Gelena has managed our multi-family brownstone for the past five years. She has been completely essential to our ability to continue owning our home from thousands of miles away. It would be impossible without her.

With these projects, she organizes and oversees every aspect of the process - getting quotes from multiple contractors, managing the hiring and overseeing the work itself. We are always impressed with the outcome, price and smoothness of the job. She is the point person for our tenants and excellent at responding to their needs in a timely way and communicating with me. She has also been essential each time we have needed to lease an apartment: arranging viewings herself, coordinating with a broker and handling move-in logistics. The day-to-day building maintenance (trash, snow, etc) is undertaken like clockwork.
